Vinati Organics Ltd has set Sep 19, 2025, as the record date for its ₹7.50 final dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
Vinati Organics Ltd said in an exchange filing, “Recommended a final dividend of Rs.7.50 per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each (750%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, which will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders of the Company registered in the Register of members of the Company as on the record date to be decided, within 30 days from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
As Vinati Organics has set Sep 19 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that Sep 18 marks the last day to buy Vinati Organics shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Sep 19 (record date) won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

Vinati Organics delivered a strong performance in Q1 FY26, with both revenue and profit registering year-on-year growth. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a revenue of ₹541.97 crore, up 3.29% from ₹524.72 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at ₹104.19 crore, marking a notable 23.81% YoY increase from ₹84.15 crore in Q1 FY25.
On the standalone front, Vinati Organics posted revenue of ₹542.26 crore, reflecting a 3.34% rise over the previous year. Standalone PAT stood at ₹112.78 crore; a significant 31.12% growth compared to ₹86.01 crore in Q1 FY25. These results highlight the company’s robust operational performance and steady growth trajectory in the first quarter of FY26.
