Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, has secured a 336 MW order from L&T Construction. The modules will be deployed at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, reinforcing the company’s strong presence in the region.
The order includes Vikram Solar’s Hypersol G12R modules, built on advanced N-type technology. These modules deliver up to 80% bifaciality, superior high-temperature performance, and low degradation rates (≤0.4% annually). Such features improve long-term efficiency, optimise Balance-of-System (BOS) costs, and reduce the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), making solar energy more cost-effective.
The Khavda Renewable Energy Park is central to India’s clean energy roadmap. Large-scale deployments like this highlight Gujarat’s leadership in renewable energy transformation, positioning the state as a global benchmark in solar capacity installation. Vikram Solar’s continuous contribution underlines its role as a key enabler in India’s energy transition.
This order follows Vikram Solar’s 326 MW module supply deal with Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) in May 2025. Back-to-back wins emphasise the company’s technological leadership, execution strength, and reliability in meeting large-scale solar demands.
Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director, Vikram Solar, said: “We are delighted to contribute to this landmark project. The region holds immense potential for solar energy, and this project will play a pivotal role in harnessing that opportunity. Each project we deliver is a testament to the trust placed in Vikram Solar’s technology, performance, and commitment to excellence.”
On September 8, 2025, Vikram Solar share price (NSE: VIKRAMSOLR) opened at ₹331.00, up from its previous close of ₹322.85. At 9:46 AM, the share price of Vikram Solar was trading at ₹345.95, up by 7.16% on the NSE.
