Vikram Solar Share Price in Focus; Secures 124 MW Module Supply Order in Andhra Pradesh

Vikram Solar has picked up a new 124 MW module supply order for a solar project in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, as per the exchange filing. The order has been awarded by Capital Energy Private Limited and involves the company's high-efficiency G12R TOPCon modules.
The company will start supplying the modules from October 2026. The order is a domestic one-time contract, according to the exchange filing.
Order Covers G12R TOPCon Modules
The order will include modules with a rated capacity of 620 Wp to 630 Wp. Vikram Solar never disclosed the monetary worth of the deal.
The filing further added that the order is not a related-party transaction, and neither does the promoter or promoter group have any interest in Capital Energy Private Limited
Manufacturing Capacity Has Reached 15.5 GW
The new order comes after Vikram Solar expanded its module manufacturing capacity to 15.5 GW. The company said the larger manufacturing base is helping it cater to utility-scale solar projects as its technology portfolio also expands.
For this particular contract, however, the company has not provided any separate guidance on revenue, margins or profit contribution.
CEO Highlights Technology and Supply Capability
Sameer Nagpal, CEO of Vikram Solar, said each module supply order reflects customer confidence in the company's manufacturing capacity, technology and consistency.
He also pointed to the G12R TOPCon platform as part of Vikram Solar's effort to keep up with the requirements of India's utility-scale solar infrastructure.
Vikram Solar Expands Its Project Pipeline
The Anantapur order adds another utility-scale project to Vikram Solar's domestic business. The company has an international presence across 39 countries and operates a pan-India distribution network comprising 119 authorised distributors and more than 750 dealers.
The latest filing does not disclose the project's total capacity beyond the 124 MW module supply order, nor does it provide details on the project's commissioning schedule.
