For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited achieved revenue of ₹276.4 crore, up 15.1% from ₹240.1 crore in Q1FY25. EBITDA came in at ₹44.9 crore, slightly lower than last year, while PAT stood at ₹24.8 crore, down 9.8% YoY. Margins stood at 16.2% for EBITDA and 9% for PAT.
Managing Director Arun Kothari said the company’s Q1FY26 performance was strong despite global uncertainties like trade tariffs and supply chain issues. Exports remained a key growth driver, highlighting the trust in product quality. He added that a robust order book, ongoing customer approvals, and strong demand from the power sector provide clear growth visibility.
Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited manufactures and exports stainless steel pipes and tubes in two main categories—seamless and welded. Its six product lines include high precision & heat exchanger tubes, hydraulic & instrumentation tubes, seamless pipes, welded pipes, LSAW pipes, and condenser tubes.
