October 2025 will have 16 bank holidays across India, covering major festivals like Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja.

Bank holidays in India include national events, religious festivals, and region-specific observances. These differ across states and bank branches.

While online services like UPI, mobile apps, and internet banking will remain functional, physical banking services such as cheque clearances, cash deposits, and branch visits will be unavailable on these dates.
