On Monday, September 1, 2025, Indian stock markets ended higher, breaking a three-day losing streak, as positive economic data boosted investor confidence.

At the close, the BSE Sensex was up 554.84 points (0.70%) at 80,364.49, while the NSE Nifty gained 198.20 points (0.81%) to end at 24,625.05.
