Top Gainers Shine as Indian Markets Dip: HDFC Bank and Bajaj Auto Lead the Charge

Indian stock markets were under pressure on October 21, 2024, as investors continued to take profits during the ongoing Q2 earnings season. Even though HDFC Bank’s share price rose by nearly 3%, both the BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty50 ended the day in the red.

- Asian Paints Ltd’s share price opened at ₹3,007.05, touched a high of ₹3,057.00 and closed at ₹3,043.00.
- Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd share price opened at ₹2,959.75, touched a high of ₹3,001.40 and closed at ₹2,998.95.
- Eicher Motors Ltd’s share price opened at ₹4,765.00, touched a high of ₹4,852.85 and closed at ₹4,798.10.
