Tata Realty & Infrastructure has integrated Salesforce’s AI-driven Agentforce ecosystem across its operations as the company looks to strengthen customer engagement, automate lead handling and improve sales efficiency across its real estate portfolio, as per news reports.

AI-Led Platform Improves Customer Engagement Metrics

The real estate developer said the deployment has sharply reduced customer response timelines, bringing first response time down from several days to nearly eight hours.

The implementation has also improved operational metrics, including a 10% rise in conversion rates and a 30% improvement in lead qualification performance. Email engagement rates have reached nearly 50-60%, according to the company.

The system is designed to manage thousands of customer interactions simultaneously while supporting personalised engagement across multiple communication channels.

Unified Customer Data and Real-Time Insights

TRIL deployed Agentforce Marketing, Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service alongside Salesforce Data 360 to create a centralised customer data environment.

The platform allows teams to access real-time customer information from the initial enquiry stage through post-purchase servicing.

AI-powered tools now support functions such as 24/7 lead qualifications, live recommendations for sales teams, and automated routing of customer queries to relevant specialists.

The company also introduced live dashboards to help leadership teams monitor customer interactions continuously.

Executives Highlight Operational and Sales Benefits

Sanjay Dutt, Managing Director and CEO of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, said that, “Our partnership with Salesforce has enabled us to bring together data, intelligence, and automation into a single, cohesive ecosystem.

The results speak for themselves, from faster response times to stronger lead qualification and improved conversions. More importantly, it has empowered our teams with the right insights at the right time, allowing them to focus on what truly matters, building trust and delivering a superior customer experience.”

Meanwhile, Arundhati Bhattacharya, President and CEO South Asia at Salesforce, said the deployment allowed sales teams to focus more on customer relationships instead of manually handling information workflows.

She added that leadership teams are now able to make decisions using real-time operational data while customers receive significantly faster responses.

Expansion Planned Across Business Segments

The company said the next phase will involve extending Salesforce integration into its commercial real estate operations.

TRIL’s residential business is also moving into a second implementation phase focused on deeper personalisation and customer insight capabilities through Agentforce Marketing and Data 360.
