Swan Energy Limited has declared its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The company reported steady growth in revenue and profitability, reinforcing its position in the energy sector.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, Swan Energy’s standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹4,799.77 lakh, compared to ₹3,945.73 lakh in the same quarter of the previous year, reflecting strong growth. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached ₹1,21,318.43 lakh, a significant increase from ₹1,14,173.50 lakh reported in Q1 FY25.
The company’s standalone total income was ₹6,307.45 lakh for Q1 FY26, up from ₹5,567.00 lakh in Q1 FY25. On a consolidated level, total income rose to ₹1,27,208.40 lakh compared to ₹1,16,155.45 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year.
For Q1 FY26, Swan Energy reported a standalone PAT of ₹771.63 lakh, compared to ₹324.75 lakh in Q1 FY25, more than doubling profits on a year-on-year basis. On a consolidated basis, PAT was ₹2,699.54 lakh, showing drop against ₹26,767.32 lakh in the same quarter of the previous year.
The Board of Directors has decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23 to September 29, 2025 for the purpose of the proposed dividend and the 117th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 29, 2025.
If approved, the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on September 22, 2025.
On August 18, 2025, Swan Energy share price (NSE: SWANENERGY) opened at ₹428.00, down from its previous close of ₹433.35. At 9:51 AM, the share price of Swan Energy was trading at ₹428.90, down by 1.03% on the NSE.
