Helmet manufacturer Studds Accessories Ltd made a quiet entry into the stock market on Friday, debuting below its issue price despite strong investor interest during its initial public offering (IPO).

The ₹455 crore IPO of Studds Accessories was subscribed 73.25 times, driven primarily by strong demand from institutional investors during the October 30–November 3 subscription period.
On listing, the company’s shares opened at ₹565 per share on the NSE, reflecting a 3.42% discount to the upper price band of ₹585 per share. On the BSE, the stock debuted at ₹570 apiece, a 2.56% discount to the issue price.
The total market capitalisation of Studds Accessories at the time of listing stood at approximately ₹2,243.14 crore.
