SPML Infra Ltd, along with Shree Hari Infraprojects Private Ltd, has secured a ₹207.38 crore contract from the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Jhalawar.
The announcement was made through an exchange filing on December 6, 2025. The amount includes GST, and the company noted that the order falls under its routine business activity.
The contract forms part of the Jal Jeevan Mission’s Nonera Water Supply Project, which is focused on improving drinking water systems across Kota and Bundi.
The work involves construction, testing, commissioning and a 10-year operations and maintenance period. The aim is to expand stable water supply infrastructure in areas that depend on older networks.
Under Package-1, the project includes three intake wells and three water treatment plants with a combined capacity of 118 million litres per day.
It also involves building three clear water reservoirs with a total storage volume of 16.1 million litres. A distribution network of about 52.6 km will be installed using pipelines between 600 mm and 1300 mm in diameter.
Automation and control systems will run through PLC and SCADA-based setups for day-to-day management.
According to the filing, the project is expected to support drinking water supply for more than 1.03 million people once completed.
It will also contribute to functional household tap connections planned under the Jal Jeevan Mission. The long operations phase places responsibility on the contractor to manage the system after the construction period ends.
SPML Infra stated that the order did not require additional disclosures as it falls within the company’s normal course of business.
