Smartworks Share Price Surges Over 3%; Expands LTTS Engagement with Over 1,100 Seats in Pune

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has expanded its engagement with L&T Technology Services (LTTS) by adding more than 1,100 managed office seats in Pune, as per the exchange filings.
With this expansion, LTTS' managed office portfolio with Smartworks has grown to over 2,750 seats across multiple cities, with the combined expected rental revenue estimated at around ₹115 crore.
Pune Expansion Strengthens Partnership
The newly added Pune facility is expected to generate around ₹55 crore in rental revenue over a 60-month tenure.
According to the company, the latest addition builds on a long-standing multi-city enterprise engagement with LTTS and reflects the continued expansion of the relationship.
Enterprise Business Continues to Grow
Commenting on the development, Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director of Smartworks, said enterprise workplace decisions are increasingly driven by "flexibility, speed and the confidence to scale."
He added that "our managed campuses deliver exactly that," and said the expansion reflects clients' trust in Smartworks' ability to provide customised workplaces with operational excellence while supporting their evolving business requirements.
Large Enterprise Segment Drives Revenue
Smartworks said clients occupying more than 1,000 seats contribute around 37% of its total rental revenue, highlighting the importance of large-format enterprise campuses to its business.
The company added that enterprise customers account for nearly 90% of total revenue, reinforcing its position as a managed workspace partner for organisations seeking scalable office solutions.

As of 20 July 2026, at 10:40 AM, Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited share price was trading at ₹469.45 per share, reflecting a surge of 3.06% from the previous closing price.
