Students from Class 9 to postgraduate level who meet the eligibility criteria need to complete the online application process before the deadline.
The initiative is part of SBI’s educational support efforts for students from financially constrained households.
The last date to apply for the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025 is 15 November 2025. With the deadline now a day away, students who have not yet completed the process are advised to submit their forms promptly on the official scholarship portal.

The Asha Scholarship, introduced by the SBI Foundation to mark the bank’s 75th year, aims to support 23,230 students across the country. Financial assistance ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20 lakh per year, depending on the level of study and nature of the programme.
The scheme covers tuition and related academic expenses for:
Eligibility criteria include securing at least 75% marks or a 7.0 CGPA, with family income capped at ₹3 lakh for school applicants and ₹6 lakh for higher education applicants.
SBI has allocated ₹90 crore for FY26 towards this scholarship initiative, reflecting its focus on improving access to education.
Senior leadership has said the programme is intended to help students pursue academic growth and support broader developmental goals for the coming decades.

With the application window closing tomorrow, the scholarship provides an opportunity for eligible students to seek financial support for their studies.
