Sanofi India Limited (NSE: SANOFI) has announced an interim dividend of ₹75 per equity share for the financial year 2025. The Board of Directors approved this dividend at its meeting held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as Friday, November 7, 2025.
The declared interim dividend of ₹75 per equity share, with a face value of ₹10 each, reflects Sanofi India’s consistent financial strength and shareholder-friendly approach. Investors who wish to receive this dividend must ensure that they hold Sanofi India shares in their demat account before the ex-dividend date of November 7, 2025. Purchases made on or after this date will not qualify for the dividend benefit.
This marks the second major dividend declaration by the company in 2025. Earlier in April, Sanofi India had declared a final dividend of ₹117 per share, bringing the total payout for the year to a significant level. The company’s strong dividend history highlights its stable earnings, cash flow efficiency, and commitment to rewarding shareholders.
The record date of November 7, 2025, will determine the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend. Typically, the dividend amount is credited to eligible investors’ bank accounts within a few weeks of the record date, as per SEBI guidelines.
