On Nov 7, 2025, Sanofi India shares are witnessing an interim dividend record date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹75 interim dividend.
Sanofi India said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 75 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the year 2025, which will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The Company has fixed Friday, 7th November 2025 as the “Record Date” for the payment of Interim Dividend.

- Face Value of Each Share: ₹10 (for information; this doesn't affect dividend amount directly)
- Number of Shares Owned: 100 shares
Sanofi India 2025 Dividend Calculation
Total Dividend=Number of Shares × Dividend per Share
Total Dividend=100×₹75=₹7,500
As per the calculations, you will receive a total dividend of ₹7,500 if you own 100 shares on the record date, i.e., Nov 7, 2025.

Who is Eligible for Sanofi India Dividend?
To be eligible for Sanofi India’s interim dividend of ₹75 per share, you needed to be a registered shareholder as of the record date, Nov 7, 2025.
However, due to India’s T+1 (Trade plus One day) settlement system, only investors who bought the shares on or before Nov 6, 2025, will qualify. Under T+1 settlement, shares purchased on a given day are officially credited to your demat account on the next trading day.
