Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has signed a management agreement for a new property in Ambala, Haryana. This development highlights the company’s commitment to entering lesser-explored regions of India while strengthening tourism potential across North India.
A Modern Asset-Light Addition
The 65-key property, developed in collaboration with Mr. Lovepreet Singh, follows ROHL’s asset-light business model. Spread across 6 acres with a built-up area of 1,05,000 sq. ft., the resort will feature deluxe, club, and suite rooms catering to diverse traveler needs.
Designed for both business and leisure, the resort will house a multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar, a spa, salon, gym, and a swimming pool. With four banquet halls ranging from 3,200 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft., a 25,000 sq. ft. lawn, and a dedicated conference area, the venue is ideal for destination weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.

Ambala, situated at the crossroads of Punjab, Chandigarh, and Delhi, is known for its cultural heritage, vibrant bazaars, and excellent connectivity. With its growing infrastructure and economic significance, the city is emerging as a hub for both tourism and business in North India.
