The project is being built in two phases with approximately 100 acre currently under development. Over the past decade the company acquired more than 2,000 acre and has already invested more than ₹10,000 crore in the broader MET City ecosystem.

The new 140-acre segment will host residential plots, industrial plots and a future group housing element, creating a walk to work environment.

Residential Plot Details and Pricing

Residential plots range from 112 sq yards to 179 sq yards. Prices are set between ₹99,000 to ₹1,10,000 per sq yard.

The offering targets families and investors who wish to construct customised homes within a planned setting. All construction and infrastructure work is being carried out in‑house by Model Economic Township Limited on a self‑funded basis.

Industrial Plot Offering and Target Users

Industrial plots are sized to accommodate businesses and enterprises seeking a presence in an integrated smart city.

The plots complement the residential component, allowing companies to locate near their workforce and benefit from the existing employment base of more than 40,000 jobs generated by MET City.

Location Advantages and Infrastructure

The township lies close to AIIMS Badsa, the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor and the proposed BCCI International Cricket Stadium. Proximity to Gurugram and other NCR hubs provides seamless connectivity.

Residents and businesses also gain access to the larger MET City ecosystem, which includes healthcare, education and social infrastructure.

Conclusion

Reliance MET City’s 140-acre Jhajjar development adds residential and industrial land to its extensive mixed‑use township, offering plot sizes from 112 sq yards to 179 sq yards at prices between ₹99,000 and ₹1,10,000 per sq yard, and positioning the project near key transport and institutional nodes.
