The offering targets families and investors who wish to construct customised homes within a planned setting. All construction and infrastructure work is being carried out in‑house by Model Economic Township Limited on a self‑funded basis.

The plots complement the residential component, allowing companies to locate near their workforce and benefit from the existing employment base of more than 40,000 jobs generated by MET City.
The township lies close to AIIMS Badsa, the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor and the proposed BCCI International Cricket Stadium. Proximity to Gurugram and other NCR hubs provides seamless connectivity.
Residents and businesses also gain access to the larger MET City ecosystem, which includes healthcare, education and social infrastructure.
