Puravankara Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited, has received a Letter of Award from SBR Builders. The project is valued at ₹211.53 crore (₹211,53,00,000/-) and involves construction work for a residential project called “SBR Global Queen’s Ville.”

The order includes core and shell construction along with finishing works. It has been classified as a residential building project and awarded by a domestic entity. The company said the execution will follow the schedule mentioned in the Letter of Award, but did not specify the duration or start date.
