Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 65 per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. The divided shall be paid between August 27, 2025, to September 23, 2025, on approval of the Members at the 61st Annual General Meeting.”

To be eligible for Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care ’s final dividend of ₹65 per share, you need to be a registered shareholder as of the record date on Aug 28, 2025.
However, due to India’s T+1 (Trade plus One day) settlement system, only investors who bought the shares on or before Aug 27, 2025, will qualify. Under T+1 settlement, shares purchased on a given day are officially credited to your demat account on the next trading day.
