Pidilite Industries Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the dividend of ₹10 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Pidilite Industries Special Interim Dividend Record Date
On August 6, 2025, the Board of Directors, to mark the 101st birth anniversary of founder Shri B.K. Parekh, approved a special interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share of Re.1 each for FY 2025–26.
The record date for eligibility is August 13, 2025, and the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on August 29, 2025.
Pidilite Industries Q1 FY 2026 Financial Highlights
In Q1 FY26, the company reported consolidated net sales of ₹3,742 crore, marking a 10.6% year-on-year growth. EBITDA before non-operating income rose 15.8% to ₹941 crore, while Profit Before Tax and Exceptional Items increased 19.1% to ₹916 crore. Profit After Tax stood at ₹678 crore, reflecting an 18.7% rise compared to the same quarter last year.

On August 11, 2025, Pidilite Industries share price (NSE: PIDILITIND) opened at ₹3,099.00 and closed at ₹3,095.90, up by 0.47%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹3,101.00.
