On Aug 18, 2025, PFC shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for a ₹3.70 interim dividend.

PFC Ltd said in an exchange filing, “Declaration of interim dividend @ Rs 3. 70/- {Rupees Three and Seventy Paisa only) per equity share {i.e. @ 37.00 %) {Subject to deduction · of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the FY 2025-26. Further, it is to inform that 18.08.2025 (Monday) shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders – for the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2025-26. The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be on or before 05.09.2025.

Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a government-owned enterprise, reported a robust 21% year-on-year growth in net profit for the first quarter of FY26 (April–June 2025), reaching ₹4,501.5 crore, up from ₹3,717.8 crore in the same period last year. This impressive performance was driven by a 15.6% increase in total revenue from operations, which climbed to ₹13,773.42 crore compared to ₹11,910.10 crore in Q1 FY25. Additionally, the company’s net interest income (NII) surged by 26%, reaching ₹5,469 crore, up from ₹4,328 crore in the previous year, highlighting strong earnings momentum and operational efficiency.
