On Sep 3, 2025, Patanjali Foods shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the cumulative ₹2 final dividend.

Patanjali Foods Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board at its meeting held on August 14, 2025, has fixed Wednesday, September 03, 2025, as “Record Date” to determine eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend of Rs. 2.00 (100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2.00 each for the financial year 2024-25.”

Patanjali Foods Q1FY26 Earnings Highlights

In Q1FY26, the company reported a total income of ₹8,912.69 crore, reflecting a 23.75% year-on-year (YoY) growth from ₹7,202.36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The gross profit for the quarter reached ₹1,259.19 crore, translating to a margin of 14.13% and a YoY increase of 23.81%.

A rise in other expenses was observed during the quarter, primarily driven by higher advertising and promotional (A&P) spends, which amounted to ₹64.47 crore, accounting for 0.72% of the revenue from operations. Export revenues stood at ₹39.34 crore, with the company extending its footprint to 27 countries.

Products from the HPC segment were exported to 9 countries, while offerings in the Food and Other FMCG category saw continued overseas demand, resulting in exports to 16 countries. Key products driving international demand included ghee, biscuits, juices, textured soya protein, and staples. Additionally, revenue from the Wind Turbine Power Generation segment reached ₹11.87 crore, driven by increased power generation during the quarter.
