Patanjali Foods (NSE: PATANJALI) has declared a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share of face value ₹2.00 each (100%) for the financial year 2024–25. 

The company’s board, in its meeting on August 14, 2025, fixed Wednesday, September 3, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend.

Interim Dividends During FY25

The company has already distributed interim dividends during the financial year, including ₹8.00 per share in November 2024 and ₹6.00 per share in March 2024, underscoring its healthy cash flow and focus on rewarding shareholders.

Bonus Issue

In addition to dividends, Patanjali Foods has also announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1, with September 11, 2025, set as the Record Date. This means that shareholders will receive two additional shares for every one share held. The bonus issue is aimed at enhancing liquidity, broadening retail participation, and rewarding long-term investors.
