On Aug 13, 2025, Page Industries shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the cumulative ₹150 interim dividend.

Page Industries Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (i.e., 7 August 2025) has declared 1st Interim Dividend 2025-26 of Rs.150/- per equity share. As informed earlier, the record date fixed for the payment of interim dividend is 13 August 2025. The date fixed for payment of dividend is on or before 5 September 2025.”

Page Industries Management Take on Q4FY25 Earnings 

Commenting on the results, Mr. V.S. Ganesh, Managing Director, Page Industries Limited, said, “I am happy to share that we have achieved PAT growth of 21.5% in the quarter. We continue to expand our consumer reach, pursue several product innovation and process automation initiatives while focussing on optimum market investments and cost efficiency measures

During Q1FY26, the company delivered strong financial performance with a notable 21.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase in EBITDA, reaching ₹2,947 million. Revenue rose by 3.1% YoY to ₹13,166 million, supported by a 1.9% YoY growth in sales volume, totaling 58.6 million pieces. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a significant rise of 21.5% YoY, amounting to ₹2,008 million, reflecting improved operational efficiency and sustained demand.
