The contract specifies that 95% of the payment will be released upon issuance of an inspection certificate by the nominated inspection agency and proof of dispatch or delivery of the material to the consignee. The remaining 5% will be paid after the receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the goods by MCF. The order is to be executed by June 5, 2026, giving the company a clear timeline for delivery.
This order has been awarded by a domestic entity, highlighting the company’s growing prominence in India’s railway supply chain.
