Oriana Power Secures SECI Tender to Supply 60,000 MT of Green Ammonia

Oriana Power Limited has achieved a significant milestone in India's renewable energy space by emerging as the successful bidder in a major government-backed tender. The company will supply 60,000 metric tonnes per annum of green ammonia following its success in an e-reverse auction organised by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
A Step Forward in India's Green Ammonia Mission
The auction, conducted on August 6, 2025, is a part of SECI’s larger initiative involving a total allocation of 7.24 lakh metric tonnes per year of green ammonia across 13 locations in India. Oriana Power secured the full designated capacity of 60,000 MT/year, which is specifically earmarked for supply to Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited located in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The winning bid price was ₹52.25 per kilogram.
This allocation reinforces India’s commitment to cleaner alternatives and reflects Oriana Power's growing capabilities in the green hydrogen and ammonia domain.
