NSDL ₹2 Dividend Record Date is Today, Sept 19; Check Payment Date

The Board of Directors of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), in its meeting held on May 23, 2025, recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, translating to a 100% dividend payout.
This proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Record and Payment Dates
The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as Friday, September 19, 2025. The 13th AGM of NSDL is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be credited or paid on or before Tuesday, October 28, 2025, after the deduction of applicable taxes at source.

On September 18, 2025, NSDL share price (NSE: NSDL) opened at ₹1296.00 and closed at ₹1287.40, down by 0.20%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹1284.00.
