National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) has announced a 100% dividend for FY 2024-25, equal to ₹2 per share of face value ₹2. The dividend will lead to a total payout of ₹40 crore on 20 crore equity shares.

Record Date and Ex-Date

  • Ex-Date & Record Date: September 19, 2025
  • Only investors holding shares in their demat account before September 19 (i.e., purchased on or before September 18) will be eligible.

Dividend Payment Timeline

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 13th AGM on September 29, 2025. If approved, payment will be made on or before October 28, 2025, after tax deductions.
