MRF had fixed Nov 21 as the record date for the ₹3 interim dividend, which will be paid on or after December 5, 2025.

MRF said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.31 -per equity share [30%] of Rs.10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The Company has fixed Friday, November 21, 2025, as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after December 5, 2025."

Who is Eligible for MRF Interim Dividend?

November 21, 2025, marks the record date for its ₹3 interim dividend, which means that those shareholders registered in the books of the company as of the date are eligible for the dividend payout.

MRF Q2FY26 Results Highlights

MRF reported a 7% rise in consolidated total income, reaching ₹7,487 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, up from ₹6,994 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The company’s consolidated profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹699 crore, compared to ₹631 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of 2024.

Tax provision for the quarter amounted to ₹173 crore. After accounting for taxes, MRF posted a consolidated net profit of ₹526 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, an improvement over the ₹471 crore earned in the corresponding period of 2024.
