The Matri Pitri Vandana scheme is a special initiative by the Assam government, granting its employees two days of special casual leave to spend time with their parents and in-laws.

What is the Matri Pitri Vandana Holiday Dates?

According to the official notification issued by the Government of Assam, employees can avail the Matri Pitri Vandana special casual leave on November 14 (Friday) and November 15 (Saturday), 2025.

Will the BSE and NSE Be Open Tomorrow on Matri Pitri Vandana Holiday?

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will operate as usual on Friday, November 14, 2025. The Matri Pitri Vandana holiday applies only to Assam state government employees and is not recognised as a trading holiday by either exchange.

Are Banks Closed Tomorrow for Matri Pitri Vandana Holiday?
