MakeMyTrip myBiz and Swiggy Partner to Streamline Corporate Meal Expe

MakeMyTrip’s corporate travel platform, myBiz, has entered into a partnership with Swiggy to manage meal expenses for business travellers. The feature is to make meal payments and record-keeping simpler for companies by linking food orders directly to corporate accounts instead of relying on manual reimbursements.
How The Feature Works
Employees travelling for work can place meal orders using the ‘Swiggy for Work’ option on the Swiggy app and pay through the myBiz corporate wallet. After verifying their corporate ID once, all future transactions are automatically captured in the company’s expense records. This reduces the need for employees to submit bills or file separate expense claims.
Reach and Availability
The service covers Swiggy’s network of over 2.6 lakh restaurants in 720 cities and includes access to more than 40,000 restaurants through Swiggy Dineout in over 50 cities. The integration ensures that corporate users can order or dine out conveniently across most major business destinations in India.
About myBiz Platform
myBiz is MakeMyTrip’s SaaS-based platform for corporate bookings. It allows organisations to manage flights, hotels, local transport, visas, and travel insurance through a single dashboard. The platform currently serves more than 75,000 corporates and small and medium enterprises in India.
With the Swiggy integration, myBiz has extended its coverage to food expenses, which account for roughly 11% of corporate travel costs in the country.
Corporate Rewards and Participation
Users linked to corporate accounts can also access Swiggy’s Corporate Rewards Program, which started in May 2025. The program runs across 7,000 tech parks in over 30 cities and includes about 2.5 lakh users from 27,000 corporates. It offers various meal and delivery benefits across Swiggy Food, Dineout, and Instamart.

Swiggy Share Price Performance
As of November 12, 2025, 10:27 am, Swiggy share price was trading at ₹396.90, a 0.67% increase from the previous closing price.
Conclusion
The partnership connects myBiz’s travel management system with Swiggy’s food ordering network. It is to simplify how organisations handle meal-related spending during business travel while providing a single digital process for tracking and reporting expenses.
