As per news reports, this phase will be developed on 4 acres out of the total 11-acre site. It will include 240 apartments designed as 3-BHK and 4.5-BHK units. The construction will consist of 2 towers, each with ground plus 42 floors.
The company expects this phase to generate revenue of around ₹1,200 crore. Apartment prices have been set in the range of ₹5 crore to ₹7 crore per unit, launched at a rate of ₹17,500 per square foot.
Construction will be financed through a mix of internal accruals, bank loans, and customer advances. The company noted that it has owned the land parcel since 2009 and has already paid all approval charges.
