Accenture has expanded its office footprint in India with a major leasing transaction in Noida, reflecting continued demand for premium workspace in key urban centres.
As per news reports, the company has taken on lease 1.65 lakh sq ft of office space in ACE Capitol Tower 2, Noida, from Onward Coworkx. The total rental commitment for this transaction stands at ₹195 crore over a period of 5 years.
The chargeable area for the lease is 164,881 sq ft, with the starting monthly rent at ₹3.17 crore. This translates to a rental rate of ₹192 per sq ft. The agreement also includes an annual rent escalation of 6%.
The leased premises are spread across multiple levels, including the 1st to 4th floors, the 7th floor, and the 13th to 15th floors of the building.
In addition to the Noida transaction, Accenture has recently secured additional office space in Coimbatore at Tidel Park. The new lease covers 1.09 lakh sq ft at a monthly rent of ₹83.75 lakh for a duration of 5 years.
Following this addition, the company’s total office footprint at Tidel Park has increased to approximately 1.53 lakh sq ft.
These leasing activities come amid sustained growth in India’s office real estate market, particularly in metro cities. According to industry data, office leasing in major urban centres rose by 15% year-on-year during the January to March period of 2026.
The increase has been driven by strong occupier demand across sectors and the continued expansion of global capability centres.
The co-working segment has also been witnessing growth, with operators leasing 13 million sq ft last year. This figure is expected to rise further, with projections ranging between 15 million sq ft and 18 million sq ft in the current year.
