Ircon International Limited has announced a key milestone in its renewable energy project. Through its subsidiary, Ircon Renewable Power Limited (IRPL), the company has successfully commissioned an additional 100 MW (Lot-6), thereby increasing the operational capacity to 400 MW out of the planned 500 MW. This development reflects the steady progress being made toward the company’s clean energy goals.
In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ircon disclosed that IRPL has completed the commissioning of Lot-6, adding 100 MW to the project. With this, the renewable energy project has reached 400 MW in cumulative capacity, leaving just 100 MW to achieve the targeted 500 MW.
Pratibha Aggarwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Ircon International Limited, confirmed the update, stating: “In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that additional part capacity of 100 MW (Lot-6) (cumulative 400 MW) out of the total 500 MW plant capacity of Ircon Renewable Power Limited (IRPL), a 76% JV-Subsidiary of Ircon International Limited, has been successfully commissioned.

As of September 16, 2025, at 10:49 AM, IRCON International share price is trading at ₹181.95 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.93% from the previous closing price.
The commissioning of Lot-6 marks a significant step in Ircon International Limited’s renewable energy journey. With 400 MW now operational, the company is on track to complete its full 500 MW capacity, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable infrastructure development.
