Ion Exchange India Ltd’s record date for its dividend has been set as Tuesday, September 2, 2025. This update follows the company’s earlier intimation on August 5, 2025, and is in line with Regulation 42 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
The company also announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 3, 2025, to Tuesday, September 9, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholder eligibility for the proposed dividend. The payout, if approved at the upcoming 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be for the financial year 2024–25.
On September 1, 2025, Ion Exchange shares closed at ₹424.10, up 1.55% from the previous close of ₹417.45. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹429.75 and a low of ₹418.05 during the session. The volume-weighted average price (VWAP) was recorded at ₹422.46.
This uptick in price reflects investor interest ahead of the dividend record date, a common trend seen around corporate action events.
Shareholders whose names appear in the company’s register of members as of September 2, 2025, will be entitled to receive the dividend, if declared at the AGM. To be eligible, investors must ensure that they have purchased the stock before the ex-date and that the shares are credited to their demat account by the record date.
