PF Credit uses Large Language Models and domain intelligence to support faster and more inclusive lending. The platform ensures compliance with key Philippine regulatory frameworks such as BSP, AMLC and the Data Privacy Act.
The solution includes 5 specialised digital experts covering origination, underwriting, customer service, operations management and collections. These aim to improve onboarding times, reduce NPA risk, enhance customer satisfaction and streamline lending operations.
Powered by Purple Fabric, PF Credit incorporates governance for LLMs and delivers enterprise knowledge as a service. It can be deployed as a full stack solution with Intellect’s eMACH.ai Lending platform or integrated with existing systems such as LOS, LMS and collection platforms.
According to Intellect, PF Credit captures key borrower attributes including PhilSys ID validation and salary credit patterns. This aims to support banks in delivering safe, inclusive and scalable credit solutions as digital transformation deepens across the Philippines.
