
Insolation Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd., has received a turnkey project order valued at ₹232.36 crore, excluding GST.
The order was placed by Silgo Retail Ltd. for setting up grid-connected solar power plants with a total capacity of 54 MW (AC) and 70.20 MWp (DC). These plants will be developed at multiple locations in Rajasthan under the KUSUM scheme.
The project covers the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection supervision, testing, and commissioning of the solar power plants. As a turnkey contract, Insolation Green Infra will handle all technical and operational aspects until the systems are fully functional.
According to the company’s filing, the project will be carried out between FY2025 and FY2027. The work involves multiple sites, which will be synchronised with the grid upon completion. The company has stated that the contract was awarded by a domestic entity and that there are no related party transactions involved.
The Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (KUSUM) scheme is an initiative by the Government of India to promote solar power in rural areas. It supports the installation of decentralised solar projects to meet local electricity needs and provide additional income sources for farmers. Rajasthan has been one of the key states implementing projects under this scheme.
Insolation Energy made the disclosure to BSE dated October 29, 2025, which lists the order details and confirms that it complies with SEBI’s updated circulars on corporate disclosures.

As of October 30, 2025, 09:37 AM, Insolation Energy share price was trading at ₹182.05, a 0.57% decline from the previous closing price.
The project, worth ₹232.36 crore, will add 54 MW of solar capacity in Rajasthan over the next two years as part of ongoing renewable energy expansion under the KUSUM scheme.
