Infosys Limited has announced an interim dividend of ₹23 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26. The record date to determine eligible shareholders has been fixed as October 27, 2025, while the dividend payout is scheduled for November 7, 2025.

Dividend History Highlights

The company has maintained a consistent track record of rewarding shareholders through regular dividend distributions. In the previous financial year, Infosys declared a final dividend of ₹22 per share in May 2025 and an interim dividend of ₹21 per share in October 2024. During FY24, the company also paid a final dividend of ₹20 per share and a special dividend of ₹8 per share.
