Indo Tech Transformers Share Price Surges 2%; Bags ₹91.26 Crore Order for NTPC Projects

Indo Tech Transformers has informed the stock exchanges that it has received an order worth ₹91.26 crore (plus taxes). The order was issued on November 25, 2025, by Four EF Constructions, a contractor working on various NTPC power projects.
What the Company Will Supply
The order covers the manufacture and supply of 11 power transformers of different capacities. These include three 112/160 MVA units, six 87.5/125 MVA units, and two 70/100 MVA units.
The units are meant for power transmission use linked to NTPC-related infrastructure. The scope is limited to manufacturing and supplying the products.
Timeline for Delivery
All transformers must be supplied between August 2026 and October 2026. The delivery will take place in stages during this three-month window. There is no installation or service component attached to the order.
No Related-Party Link
Indo Tech has stated that Four EF Constructions has no connection with its promoters or group firms, and this order does not fall under related-party transactions under the Companies Act, 2013. The company said it has disclosed the order because its value is higher than routine business transactions.
