Hyundai Motor India Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the final dividend of ₹21 per equity share. 

Hyundai Motor India Final Dividend Record Date

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹21 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. 

The Record Date to determine shareholders' eligibility for receiving the dividend, if declared at the AGM, has been set as Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or as Beneficial Owners in the depositories as of this date will be entitled to receive the dividend, subject to approval.

Hyundai Motor India Q1 FY 2026 Financial Highlights

In Q1 FY26, the company reported a revenue of ₹164,129 million, down from ₹179,403 million in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25) and ₹173,442 million in Q1 FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹21,852 million, with an EBITDA margin of 13.3%, compared to ₹25,327 million (14.1%) in Q4 FY25 and ₹23,403 million (13.5%) in Q1 FY25. This indicates a slight margin compression on a quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year basis.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY26 was ₹13,692 million, lower than ₹16,143 million in Q4 FY25 and ₹14,897 million in Q1 FY25. On an annual basis, for FY25, the company reported total revenue of ₹691,929 million, EBITDA of ₹89,538 million (EBITDA margin of 12.9%), and a PAT of ₹56,402 million. The financial performance shows a sequential and year-on-year decline in profitability in Q1 FY26.

On August 1, 2025, Hyundai Motor India share price (NSE: HYUNDAI) opened at ₹2,153.00 and closed at ₹2,175.00, up by 1.08%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹2,200.00.
