Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced that the record date for its interim dividend is set for Friday, November 7, 2025. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹19 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
Eligible shareholders of HUL will receive an interim dividend of ₹19 per share, with the payout scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2025. Investors who wish to qualify for this dividend must ensure that their shares are purchased before the ex-dividend date of November 7, 2025. Any transactions made on or after the ex-date will not entitle shareholders to receive this dividend.
This marks another consistent payout from HUL, following its dividend history. Earlier in June 2025, the FMCG major had declared a final dividend of ₹24 per share. In the previous financial year, the company had announced multiple dividends, including a ₹19 interim dividend, a ₹10 special dividend, and a ₹24 final dividend, reflecting its steady profitability and cash flow strength.
The record date of November 7, 2025, will determine the shareholders eligible for the interim dividend. As per market norms, investors must hold HUL shares in their demat account by this date to receive the declared payout.
