Highway Infrastructure Share Price Rallies 70% on Listing Day

Highway Infrastructure IPO opened for subscription on Aug 5, 2025 and ended on Aug 7, 2025. 

It was a book-building issue of ₹130.00 crores. The issue was a combination of fresh issue of 1.39 crore shares aggregating to ₹97.52 crores and offer for sale of 0.46 crore shares aggregating to ₹32.48 crores. The Highway Infrastructure IPO price band was set at ₹70 per share. 

Highway Infrastructure’s IPO saw an overall subscription reaching 316.64 times by August 7, 2025 (Day 3). The retail portion was subscribed 164.48 times, QIBs 432.71 times, and NIIs 473.10 times.

The share allotment was finalised on August 8, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Highway Infrastructure Share Price

On the listing day, on the NSE, Highway Infrastructure share price (NSE: HILINFRA) opened at ₹115.00, up from its issue price of ₹70.00. At 11:35 AM, the share price was trading at ₹120.75, up by 72.50% from its issue price and up by 5% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹120.75. The company’s market cap was ₹866.03 crore. 

On the BSE, at 11:24 AM, Highway Infrastructure share price was trading at ₹122.84, up by 4.99% from its opening price of ₹117.00 and 75.49% up from its issue price of ₹70.00.
