Varanasi-Kolkata PKG-13 Private Limited, has received the provisional appointed date for a major highway construction project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Highway Project Details and Scope

The project involves the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Highway section from Lepo village to Kamlapur village (Jharkhand/West Bengal border), covering 28.70 km between km 358.500 and km 387.200. The work is part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana initiative and will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

The project cost is estimated at ₹925.11 crore, with a completion timeline of 730 days from the appointed date.
