GMM Pfaudler Share Price in Focus; Subsidiary GMM International Repays €7 Million Debt

GMM Pfaudler Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that €7 million has been repaid towards an outstanding debt facility.  

GMM International S.a.r.l., the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, repaid the amount to its group of lenders. GMM Pfaudler confirmed the development in its filing dated August 31, 2026. 

Plan Was Announced Earlier 

The repayment was not a new development in the company’s plans. In its press release dated August 5, 2026, GMM Pfaudler had said it intended to repay around €7 million of debt by the end of the second quarter of FY27. 

That announcement was made while reporting developments for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company had also stated at the time that the repayment would be made using internal accruals.  

Subsidiary Makes the Payment 

The latest filing confirms that GMM International S.a.r.l. has made the payment. The €7 million was paid against the outstanding debt facility availed by the subsidiary from its group of lenders. 

The filing does not provide further details on the debt facility. Information such as the original borrowing amount, the balance left after repayment, or the terms of the facility was not included in the announcement. 

Disclosure Details  

The filing was issued by Mittal Mehta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of GMM Pfaudler. It follows the company's earlier statement regarding the planned debt repayment during Q2 FY27.

As of August 31, 2026, 3:20 pm, GMM Pfaudler Ltd share price was trading at ₹1,041.45, a 1.44% increase from the previous closing price. 

Conclusion
