
Globus Spirits Limited announced its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The integrated alcoholic beverages company demonstrated exceptional profitability growth driven by strong premiumisation momentum in consumer business, operational efficiencies and improved EBITDA margins across manufacturing and consumer segments.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Globus Spirits achieved standalone revenue from operations of ₹660.60 crore, registering growth of 4% YoY, though declining 5% QoQ. Total income stood at ₹663.40 crore, up 4% YoY compared to the previous year.
EBITDA reached ₹62.60 crore, marking an exceptional expansion of 89% YoY and 4% QoQ. Profit before tax reached ₹26.60 crore, demonstrating outstanding growth of 1008% YoY and 12% QoQ. Profit after tax stood at ₹23.30 crore, up 1399% YoY and 26% QoQ. EBITDA margin improved to 9% from 5% in Q2 FY25.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, standalone revenue from operations reached ₹1,359.60 crore, up 6% from ₹1,280 crore in H1 FY25. Total income totalled ₹1,364.80 crore, reflecting 6% growth year on year.
Half-year EBITDA stood at ₹122.60 crore, surging 47% from ₹83.20 crore previously. PBT came to ₹50.40 crore, up 104% from ₹24.70 crore in H1 FY25. PAT reached ₹41.90 crore, growing 133% from ₹18 crore in the corresponding period.

Prestige and Above segment delivered exceptional growth with Q2 FY26 revenue of ₹38.90 crore, surging 62% YoY. Sales volume reached 0.28 million cases, up 33% year on year. The segment is nearing EBITDA breakeven with 3 states already profitable in H1 FY26.
The Regular and Others segment reported revenue of ₹212.10 crore, up 1% YoY, with sales volume of 3.67 million cases growing 7% year on year. Segment EBITDA stood at ₹37.10 crore, maintaining industry-leading margins of 16% to 18%.
The manufacturing segment recorded revenue of ₹409.60 crore, up 4% YoY. EBITDA stood at ₹26.70 crore, demonstrating a recovery in margins. Bulk sales volume reached 49.84 million litres, up 4% year on year. Capacity utilisation stood at approximately 85% in Q2 FY26.
The company operates 22 brands, including 3 millionaire brands across whisky, vodka, rum, gin, beer and regular categories. Consumer revenue mix stands at 40% with Prestige and Above segment salience reaching 15.5% in Q2 FY26. The Prestige and Above portfolio is present in 10 states, while Regular and Others operate in 5 states.
