Gillette India Dividend Record Date on Aug 26: Declared Final Dividend of ₹47
Gillette India Ltd has set Aug 26, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On May 26, 2025, Gillette India board declared a final dividend of ₹47 per share.
Gillette India Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs. 47 per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. The divided shall be paid between September 3, 2025, to September 30, 2025, on approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
What Does Gillette India Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?
As Gillette India has set Aug 26 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that Aug 25 marks the last day to buy Gillette India shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Aug 26 (record date) won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.
