Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Dividend Record Date on Nov 11: Interim Dividend of ₹5.75

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹5.75 within the statutory timeframe. The company had fixed Nov 11 as the record date for the dividend.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers said in an exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 04 November, 2025 has declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 @ ₹5.75/- per equity share of face value of ₹10/- each, amounting to ₹65.87 crore, out of profits of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, the Board of Directors has fixed Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.”

GRSE Management Take on Q2FY26 Results
Commenting on the results, Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd.), Chairman and Managing Director, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited, said, “I am happy that we have been able to sustain the growth momentum and the Q2 results have been very encouraging. With a strong order book, result oriented project execution strategy and clear order visibility, I am confident of equally strong financial performance in the second half of FY26 also. "
