The Gallard Steel IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹37.50 crore, comprising a complete fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares.
The IPO was subscribed 375.54 times overall. By November 21, 2025, 6:19:36 PM (Day 3), the public issue saw subscriptions of 351.58 times in the individual investors category, 228.48 times in the QIB segment (excluding anchor investors), and 624.56 times in the NII category.
The share allotment was finalised on Nov 24, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE SME on Wednesday, Nov 26, 2025.
On the listing day, on the BSE, Gallard Steel share price opened at ₹223.10, up from its issue price of ₹150. At 10:22 AM, the share price was trading at ₹234.25, up by 5% from its open price and up by 56.17% from its issue price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹234.25. The company’s market cap was ₹222.54 crore.
Incorporated in 2015, Gallard Steel Limited specialises in manufacturing engineered steel castings, including mild steel, SGCI, and low-alloy castings.
The company produces ready-to-use components, assemblies, and subassemblies for Indian Railways, the defence sector, power generation, and related industries, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple sectors.
Its manufacturing operations are based at a foundry in Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, covering 12,195 square meters and certified under ISO 9001:2015. Gallard Steel employs a wide range of in-house machinery and equipment for processes such as melting, heat treatment, grinding, moulding, sand mixing, and finishing.
The company supplies components for railway traction motors, defence cradles, power generation guide vanes, and industrial machinery liners, serving industries including railways, defence, power generation, and heavy engineering.

Gallard Steel made a debut on BSE, listing 56.17% above its issue price, reflecting investor interest.
