Flipkart’s Instakart Partners with BikeWo Green Tech for Sustainable Logistics Across India

BikeWo Green Tech Limited has entered into a service partnership with Instakart Services Pvt. Ltd., the logistics unit of Flipkart Group. The collaboration focuses on electric vehicle-based last-mile delivery operations across India. As of now, the services have been rolled out in 7 states.
Delivery Scale and Setup
More than 1,300 delivery partners have been deployed under the arrangement. These individuals operate electric vehicles to manage local deliveries from Flipkart hubs. BikeWo is responsible for providing trained personnel and route planning alignment with service expectations set by Instakart.
Technology-Driven Operations
Deliveries under this partnership are being managed using BikeWo’s tech platform. The system includes AI-supported route optimisation, hub-wise planning, and real-time performance tracking. This framework is to support delivery scale while maintaining consistency in turnaround and capacity use.
Service Standards and Requirements
BikeWo is required to submit hub-level capacity reports regularly. It also follows specific protocols related to safety, data handling, and logistics performance as defined by Instakart. The service-level structure covers daily targets, personnel scheduling, and coordination with Flipkart’s delivery timelines.
Company Background
BikeWo Green Tech Limited was incorporated in 2016. It originally focused on used 4-wheeler transactions and entered the electric vehicle segment in 2022. The company now operates a dealership network for electric 2-wheelers and has gradually moved into EV-led logistics services through partnerships with businesses across sectors.
Instakart Services is Flipkart’s logistics arm and handles its e-commerce delivery chain. It is involved in warehousing, transport, and last-mile delivery functions. The current agreement is part of plans to integrate EVs into Flipkart’s supply operations.
