The Excelsoft Technologies IPO was subscribed 45.46 times overall. By November 21, 2025, 6:19:33 PM (Day 3), the public issue saw subscriptions of 16.44 times in the retail category, 50.06 times in the QIB segment (excluding anchor investors), and 107.04 times in the NII category.
The share allotment was finalised on Nov 24, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, Nov 26, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Excelsoft Technologies share price (NSE: EXCELSOFT) opened at ₹135.00, up from its issue price of ₹120. At 10:22 AM, the share price was trading at ₹139.50, up by 3.33% from its open price and up by 15.96% from its issue price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹142.59. The company’s market cap was ₹1,601.97 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:22 AM, Excelsoft Technologies share price was trading at ₹138.90, up by 2.89% from its opening price of ₹135 and 15.75% up from its issue price of ₹120.
Founded in 2000, Excelsoft Technologies Limited is a global vertical SaaS company focused on the learning and assessment sector. The company offers AI-powered applications, test and assessment platforms, online proctoring solutions, learning experience platforms, student success platforms, and digital eBook platforms.
Its SARAS LMS, along with EnablED LXP and OpenPage digital books, provides customized learning solutions for academic institutions and corporations, catering to their training, learning, and development requirements.
Excelsoft serves a wide range of clients, including educational publishers, universities, schools, government bodies, defence organisations, and corporate enterprises.
With operations in India, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, and the USA, the company partners with over 200 organisations, reaching more than 30 million learners globally.
Some of its notable and long-term clients include Pearson Education, Inc., AQA Education, Colleges of Excellence, NxGen Asia PTE LTD., Pearson Professional Assessments Limited, Sedtech for Technology Education & Learning WLL, Ascend Learning LLC, Brigham Young University – Idaho, and others.
As of June 30, 2025, Excelsoft employs a workforce of 1,118 professionals.
